The Town of Tyngsborough is proposing to restore the old Town Hall building and make it the first step in rejuvenating a town center.  This historic gem was built in 1834.  It has survived a number of “improvements” over the years and is now vacant and in dire need of renovating.  The proposed use is to create a community building that can be used by numerous groups and organizations in the Town of Tyngsborough. Construction is contingent upon successful funding of the project.
